Hey, I'm Laila!
WholeAndThenSome is something I have been working on for a couple of years now.
After years of disliking my body and not feeling fulfilled or even happy, I realised that I and only I could make the emotional change needed. I call it “reframing”. That’s what I have worked on over the last couple of years…reframing what happiness means to me. I believe we can all reframe our life so that we pull from it what feeds us most.
“I have been working with Laila since 2019. Laila has been my rock. Kind loving and very supportive. I suffered from obesity and I needed help and turned to Laila. Laila sat down and got me to write my aims and goals in life. Without her support I couldn’t have done it. I was almost a size 26 and am now 8 to 10. I now have more confidence and I have maintained a healthy lifestyle. I completed a couch to 5k last year since then I jog 3 times a week. I love the new me. I have been following Laila on Instagram page Wholeandthensomeuk. She has been talking about setbacks and how to take care of our emotions and beating isolation through this pandemic. Self compassion was my favourite subject. Laila has been doing lives on Instagram which is supporting her followers and their journey through whatever we are going through especially in the present time”
