Blackened Trout

Ingredients
2 Trout Fillets
1 Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Paprika
¼ Cup Melted Unsalted Butter
½ Teaspoon White Pepper
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
½ Teaspoon Oregano
½ Teaspoon Thyme
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Method
Combine all the herbs and spices in a large mixing bowl including the salt. Then place the mixture on a tray big enough to roll the trout in.
Dip the trout fillets in the melted butter, then in the mixture.
Heat a large skillet until hot. Place the trout fillets on the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until both sides are blackened.
