3. Cancellations and Refunds
No Refunds. In the unlikely event that we cancel a webinar or workshop, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to another event.
4. Conduct
Professional Behaviour: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the event.
