I use Beauty Food which is based in Australia. TKMaxx sometimes stock the brand. Don’t worry if you can’t find this particular brand, most are fine. Oil pulling originates from India and does wonders for your oral health. Coconut oil is used much like mouthwash. I swish mine around for roughly 10 minutes. I do it in the shower. My breath feels fresher and the biggest benefit is that oil pulling can help eliminate harmful bacteria in the mouth.
