I first met Rhiannon about 5 years ago. I had the pleasure of watching her cook in my kitchen with my boyfriend. Her knowledge on nutrition Is outstanding but what sets her above the rest is her approach. She is no drill master. She is kind, patient and informative. There isn’t much Rhiannon doesn’t know about nutrition.
